Elddis Affinity 530 (2013) problems?

I am looking forward to collecting our new Elddis Affinity 530 very soon -- but with some reservations!, having seen a few reviews on the 2013 model( which we have chosen). It seems that there are a few problems, including splitting front panels, and I wondered
if this has been happening with ALL of this type/year or if it is only the minority. If anyone has this caravan and has had no major problems with it I would be very pleased to hear as I would like to feel more enthusiastic about our new purchase!

Our previous caravan, an Eccles, is 24 years old and still going strong!!
