Adria Jokon rear light ingress

Has anyone managed to stop the Jokon rear lights on Adria Motorhomes from being full of condensation?

I have tried using clear sealant around all the joining surfaces but they still have enough water in them to damage the reflective surfaces.I am loathe to buy new ones if the same thing will happen again.

Adria make exceedingly problematic motorhomes.
