My EGO caravan mover has stopped working. Apparently because a worm gear has gone. This is due Purple Line  say to the use of an electric drill to apply the mover.

That constitutes an excuse not to honour the guarantee Also one must Register within 14 days of purchase but back in 2013 it was a five year warrantee with no mention of this.

The handbook says use an electric drill !!!

    Hm, I know which company I won't be considering when I next need a mover
