Disregard for the rules on a club site

I may have been a member for 28 years but this was only the 5th time we have used a club site, usually we rally and occasionally we use Cl's.

The biggest issue that struck me was the speeding onsite, with and without the caravan. In fact I would go as far as to say only 3 cars, and one of them was mine kept to the 5mph, in fact 10mph would have still only include 20% of the cars & motorhomes!
I was shocked.

Then there was pitching with the rear offside to the marker, as I booked in at reception the warden went to great lengths to show me their model caravan and it should be positioned on the pitch. Well at least 3 caravans were positioned n/s rear to the marker
disrupting the unit spacing.

Then there was emptying of waste water at the clean water tap and putting all types of rubbish in the recycle bin.

I was only there for 2 nights, what would I have seen if I had stayed longer?

This was a club members only site and all mis-pitched units were UK spec so no excuses.

As I said earlier I prefer to rally where I find the rules are generally followed, and should anyone drive too fast they will be told by the members as well as the stewards.
