exporting a motorhome to australia

We are hoping to export our Swift Sundance 624B motorhome to Australia when we funish our touring of Europe and Great Britain.  We have applied to export under the personal export scheme but have been told it could be a problem getting it registered once
there.  Has anyone had any exoerience of this nature.
