A piece of advice.........

On coming to a stage where I am clearing out the personal stuff from my parents house. I looked in the attic they had kept every cardboard box, plastic box\bag with minimal stuff if anything in them!

Might be an idea to have had a bit of a clear out whilst they were still living there!

Any other hindsight advice?
