Bonfire weekend

Hi, my family and I have just had our 1st caravan. (wife and daughters aged 2 & 4) We,re planning on going away for the bonfire weekend, but dont know where to start. We live in Staffordshire and dont wish to travel to far. We generally prefer the ideas
of a C.L, but would consider something different for bonfire. I,ve read about rallies, but dont really know much about them. Has anyone got any ideas/advice please?
