extended vehicle warranty

My land rover discovery 3 runs out of waranty at the end of may 12 and land rover sent me an offer to purchase an extended warranty,which i find out is run by car care plan,but on reading the terms and conditions they will not cover me due to me being connected
to the motor trade.I have now started to look for a warranty to cover my vehicle,they all claim to be perfect for me ,but in real life they can fall short of my requirements.Can anybody give me thier advice on which warranty company does what it says on the
tin.
