Recent fatality due to carbon monoxide poisoning

With the unfortunate recent event of a whole family being overcome with carbon monoxide fumes and the subsequent death of one, it brought to mind the need to be ever more mindful of the need for not only smoke alarms but carbon monoxide ones too. We, to
my shame did not have the latter, without delay though we have ordered a multi smoke/carbon alarm which speaks a loud warning if detected, also has a loud screeching noise to warn of low battery. I would urge all campers/caravanners, especially if you have
children, to purchase one of these twofold alarms ASAP.
