Newbie Help - Water

Hi,

I have an ageing Swift Challenger that appears to be working fine.

I have tested the Gas, the heating the lighting and all seems fine.

I CANNOT get the water to work.

I have a Cascade 2 Water Heater, But I cannot fill the tank?

I have filled the aquaroll, placed the pump in the water, connedted the pump to the side of the van, but it doesnt fill.

Is there a switch or something to operate the Pump? If so where is it - tried turing on all of the taps and nothing happens - not even any noises.

I have two water pumps, so I would doubt that both are broken? (Maybe)

Any help very much appreciated.
