Awning Cleaning .............Beware

Hi, I hope I can save you from my experience.

October 2012 I sent a fully servicable if a little stained Isabella Penta for cleaning (the service was advertised as a gentle process)

today I recieved a tatty dammaged and probably unservicable and leaky awning

the company are getting it picked up on minday for their inspection ........any guesses to the outcome?

Please think carefully if you are contemplating  sending your awning away to be cleaned
