Bye bye Tax Disc in October and  hello number plate recognition. This is a good thing I think, it will save DVLA millions in administration and help ensure everybody has Tax, an MOT and Insurance. Just one problem, what to do about the near (estimated) half
million foreign vehicles here, not registered, not taxed, no MOT, no insurance and they dont need to pay parking or speeding fines..... any idea's ?
