Swift Conqueror 560 & Al-Ko side lift jack

Having bought our new Swift Conqueror 2016 model, I wanted to add Al-Ko side lift brackets to the chassis and due to the weight off the caravan I needed the 1600 - 2000kg brackets.

When fitting the near side bracket I found that the flange on the shower waste outlet fouled on the bracket, thus misaligning the bracket.

I'm not receiving much help from Swift although I have asked several times. Has any other Conqueror 560 owner experienced the same issue and if so have you had any help from Swift concerning resolving this design problem?

Coincidentally I've just received a reply from Swift as follows:

Conqueror 560 T5F 2016 s/n 099846 Thank you for your email. Please accept my apologises for the delay at responding to you. After discussing your enquiry with our Design Department I can advise that this is not a problem
as the load is taken by the clamping of the bracket to the chassis. Our Design Department has advised that should you be concerned then the flange of the waste can be trimmed away. Should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact
us via return email or by 01482 875740.

Nice to know that I can trim the flange myself, if I want to elleviate the misaligned bracket. Thanks Swift

Move the shower waste a little. It's held in place by two standard wood screws.
