fuel consumption and/or power gadgets

Hello,  At the Excel show I saw a product callled SunPulse Electromagnetic Fuel Conditioner Unit.

It was a device that just fits across the vehicle battery terminals, it did not interface with the engine ECU like a re-mapping device.   They were claiming quite decent savings in fuel and better engine running.

Has anyone any experience of this device, please?
