Hi everyone

looking for some advice & info please

we have been looking to update our abbey somerset & have taken a liking to the bailey pageant loire 4 berth with side dinette  just wondered if anyone has the size of the side dinette when made into a bed ? our daughter is getting close to six foot so want to be sure she will be able to sleep on it  &  any other useful info  about the pageant would be great

many thanks

I can't advise directly, also you don't say what year van. I do know when looking at various side dinette layouts 4 years ago that the longest bed size that I measured was 6 feet

I have been looking at side dinettes and I think the beds in many are on the short side - I am almost 6' so it matters to me too!  Good luck.

You should possibly find the info in Baileys Archive here

Our front seats used as two singles are 6' 4'' in our Lunar but the side one at the dinnete would be 6' I think. If bunk was used above that would be shorter still and narrower.

We had a 2004 Pageant Loire, from memory the side bunk is 5 ft 9" long. Never used it for sleeping , used van as 2 berth. Remember the shelves in the wardrobe were a pain. Good layout otherwise. The Pageant Champagne is almost the same layout , slightly
different washroom layout, the Champagne will be easier to find as it had a longer production run . the Loire only 1 or 2 years.

hi thanks for replies have been to look at a loire & measured the dinette bed at 5ft 11" so a good size really , have looked at the champagne but is just a bit heavier than the loire which is close to my towing limit , thanks holmesonwheels24
