First ever caravan trip

We've just recently bought our first caravan and went to the hurn lane site nr Burnham on sea this weekend....absolutely loved it. The site was great and we met some friendly people and got some good tips for next time (like level the caravan 'east to west'
then 'north to south').

It's safe to say we've got the caravanning bug

    Hello, JB, and welcome.

We've been to Hurn Lane many times. Taking the car onto the beach at Brean after the car park attendant had gone home was a favourite.

It can get a bit noisy on site when the nearby static sites are busy - that's my only gripe.

Yeah there was a bit of noise but to be honest it was still quieter than listening to the neighbours kids when we're at home ha ha

Glad you enjoyed it. We still get the same buzz even though we've been doing it for 26 years, and yes we still make mistakes and are still learning so don't be afraid to ask.

Glad you enjoyed it. The main problem is you will now discover all the things you did without but you will be told are essential.
