Awning Leaks

I have a Kampa Pro awning and have just used it for the first time and during some heavy rain it leaked at a couple of places where it connects to the caravan via the awning channel. I have looked at the channel and the beading of the awning and they both
look ok.

I was wondering if anybody has expireanced this and is it a leak through the stitching that will sort itself out.
