2013 Honda Crv tow bar electrics

Hi thera we are due to collect a new Honda Crv diesel in about 3weeks. I am becoming confused about the truth around the tow bar electrics.

spoken to a fitter dependant who says he will use a generic wiring loom and cost will be £390. Honda say any future problems with car electrics won't be covered under warranty.

official list price from Honda for work with official parts is£575,not happy but said yes to this. Now garage say this wont include permanent live for fridge and for this the total cost of providing and fitting fully wired 13pin plus will be £770 ??

any advise would be appreciated.
