2016 Santa Fe problems

Hi there out on rally with new Santa Fe towing for first time. I seem to have either electrical or software problem and interested to see if any one else as experienced same issue. It concerns the multi media / sat Nav/ reversing camera. Twice now I have
started the car and had a Power Off message on LCD screen , no multimedia etc working but no way off turning power back on. car still functions other than that. The next time you start up all ok ?? Just spoken to rally officer on site and he as same issue,
can anyone help if not would like to see if it's a common problem before I take car back to garage . Help please
