Fridge removal

Hi

Have just purchased a Bessacarr E420 on an 04 plate.  The sink tap is loose and the only way to get at the underside of the worktop to tighten it seems to be to remove the fridge which is a Dometic RM6271.  Can anyone advise how to do this.  Or is there
another way.
