Is it me? Probably is... But I work Monday to Friday and whilst I am very adept on the internet in booking holidays and insurance, I cannot do this in work time and occassionally I like to speak to someone if I cannot get things sorted and Saturday or Sunday
is a perfect time to do this but not if you are a CC member because our dear old club is living in the past and all you get is an answer machine telling you the office is not closed! Come on CC, you make millions out of the members and to put a voice on the
end of the phone on weekends is not too much to ask is it?
