Is there a problem with the UK Sites app?

Every time I start up Sitefinder (UK Sites - Android version), I am told that it is "downloading additional content, please wait". This is always immediately followed by a "download failed" notification. I can leave it running fo hours, and it never manages to download any additional content. Worse, while it is trying and failing to do this, there is nothing I can do with the app except watch and wait, so I can't even look at its existing content. This happens with both WiFi and mobile data.

Is this a common issue, ot am I the only one with this problem?

    Not had this problem, try deleting the App and reloading it.

    Had the same problem when I first installed it. Just delete it and reinstall. Worked fine since.
