X-Trail spare wheel.

I'm due to collect a new 2014 X-Trail in three weeks time.  It comes with one of those silly half-size get-you-home spare wheels that you can't actually use when towing.  I read recently on here that someone said that Nissan had contacted dealers and told
them to offer full sized spare wheels for half price.  Trouble is I can't find the thread with the info in.  Can anyone help me out with a link so that I can show the Nissan dealer?  Any info appreciated.
