Motor mover woes.

Hi all.

We luckily own a Buccaneer Schooner, twin axle MY2015. As part of the deal at the NEC show a motor mover would be fitted, a power touch evolution. When we collected the van  I was surprised to find it was only fitted to 1 axle! The dealer informed me it
would be man enough. Suffice to say we had problems trying to move the van off the grass pitch forward and back not too much of a problem but left and right no go. The non driven rear wheels causing too much friction.

In in your opinions should a twin axle caravan has a mover on both axles? And if not, should a single mover be on the rear axle so the front tyres can be raised off the ground with the jockey wheel to reduce friction and rolling resistance?

I look forward to reading your opinions before I contact the dealer to rectify this situation.
