Drive away inflatable awnings Pros/Cons

I have a Suntor 530 Motorhome 2 berth and I am considering the purchase of the above type of awning.

I am interested in the pros/cons of this type of awning and hearing of others experiences.

I am now a proud Gran father and need more space for my Gran son and this is the cheaper consideration as opposed to buying a larger Motorhome.
