volvo v70 towbar wiring

i am about to help my brother fit a towbar to his v70 but cant find any good info on the best way to wire up the car , it needs twin 7 pin plugs but can only find single 7 pin or 13pin .

i would like to use if poss plug and play kit ?? any help please of good if poss cheap way of diong
