Hi All, My 2012 Bailey Pegasus Milan has the usual external 2 piece door but of late I have noticed that the bottom section seems to have dropped slightly and there does not seem to be any way of adjusting it as the hinges are riveted to the door frame, my old van had allen screws in the hinge to adjust it both upwards and outwards, has anyone got any suggestions or can tell me if i`m missing something or maybe its just a design fault ? Thanks

All "stable" type doors on all vans seem not to be adjustable, these days the problable cause is the hinge has got "bent"? ,do you think it has been lent on?

..Another thought, some hinges have a "plastic" insert that can become worn, but i am not sure if they can be renewed

It does have the plastic inserts, but having looked at them I do think they would be almost impossible to replace unless you can knock the hinge pin out.
