Lunar Warranty Claims for front windowsc
Hi, anyone out there with a warranty claim for the buckling of the lower part of the front windows on a Lunar SB 2013 or others. My buckled front windows were pointed out to me at my first year service at the end of August 2014, and a claim was du`ly put in. They sent some replacements in Febuaray 2015, but they were the wrong ones. They sent a second set in May 2015 and when fitted the don`t fit properly. I have complained to the service centre who have complained to Lunar, but Lunar appear to drag their feet in replying. I have tried to complain direct with the reply of "go to your dealer". They, Lunar, just don`t seem to be bothered with past customers only their new ones. Any one else having problems with Lunar and their windows as it was a problem throughout the 2013 range as I understand it.
