Elddis Autoquest 195 - total disappointment!

 Can i ask if there is anyone else on the caravan club forum that has experienced any problems with their Autoquest motorhomes, and also how you do rate Elddis?  Currently i am trying to sort our a warranty issue with them and they are doing their utmost
not to help me.  It takes them sometimes a week to reply to an email and when i phone i am told to put it in an email. Total Joke! Having experienced their 'customer service' department first hand via telephone and email correspondence (when they finally happen
to reply) that it really is a poor service, and that i now grudge the fact that i bought this motorhome brand new last year!  If anyone else has had any experiences like this please let me know.  Many thanks.
