Response to Emails

Does the Community Manager respond to emails? I only ask as I emailed on 22 August but have not received a reply. Whether my communication didn't warrant a reply I have no idea - but just an acknowledgement of receipt would have been nice - or is my input
and opinion not that important to the smooth running of CT.
