Speed on Club Sites

Vehicle speed on Club Sites is getting worse. It doesn't seem to matter whether they are towing or not. We saw a number flying up the hill at Blackshaw Moor at what was way over the 5mph requested. Is this just another example of this cat-centred selfish
and arrogant generation who think rules are for other people?
