Now this might spark some response and I hope it does. Is it right that individuals, probably retired ones who have the time to sit on the phone the day the sites are released, can book loads of pitches at loads of sites without paying a deposit, only to
be able to cancel these on a whim because they don't fancy going anymore? Why don't the club take a non refundable deposit (I wouldn't mind paying that) on all bookings to stop this abuse and to make it fairer and equitable to all members. Commercial sites
take a deposit and I for one have never booked a site and never turned up so how about it CC club? - how about taking a deposit with every booking to make it fairer for all?
