Bailey Almeria Toilet Door

Hi all

I don't know if this has been covered elsewhere, but our Bailey Unicorn Almeria (2011) Toilet door has started to delaminate and rot from the inside. As we're now retired and using the caravan more and more (we were away for 3 months during this summer),
we visit CL's almost exclusively, so we use the shower as a necessity. The door has started to delaminate across the bottom and where the handle is on the shower side of the door, the inside has started to rot, as the handle wasn't sealed to the door and water
has got in as a result.

Does anyone know if there is there a suitable replacement that can be sourced, apart from the Bailey product which we just do not have any confidence in any more, not to mention the £188 price tag.

Is there a plastic alternative that could be made to fit? I have looked at 'Foamex' board, but I haven't found it in sufficient thickness, it needs to be 1" (25.4mm) thick, and obviously the weight has to be taken into consideration.

Thanks - Ian
