Restoring a vintage caravan

Hi,

I'm a complete novice at this, but could anybody advise me on how and can find as much info as possible about a 1976 Sprite Alpine? I haven't a clue where to start.

A friend has just bought one, and its in need of a good deal of TLC.

Any info regarding specifications and wiring and dimensions of things like windows and skylights would be a massive help.

For instance the skylight is completely missing, but I wouldn't know if there is a modern equivalent I could replace it with.

 

even just a pointer in the right direction would be a great help.
