Fiat Ducato Clutch

I have just purchased a 2005 motorhome on a Fiat Ducato chassis with the 2.3 engine and 34000miles on the clock, and am very pleased with it.  The only issue is that the clutch bite point is right at the top of the pedal.  We used it last week and had no
problems with the clutch slipping but I'm concerned that the clutch may be worn out, or is this normal for the Fiat Ducato.  I have a 6 month warranty on it so if it is worn out I want to get it replaced.
