TV Aerial for caravan.

Hello all, I am after purchasing an Aerial and mast for the caravan but a) do they work any better than the built in caravan aerials and b) what is the best mast and aerial to buy as there are loads on the Market. Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks,. Ian
