London Low Emission Zone (LEZ)

Please could someone help me to understand if I can drive my MH in the LEZ.

 

Its a 2004 2.0L JTD Fiat Ducato, weighing 2750kg (measured at a weighbridge when fully-loaded).  I believe its Euro III compliant.

On the LEZ site, if I put those details in, it seems to say I'm ok - but if I put my registration plate in, it says I am not.

I'm really confused & don't want a £200 fine!
