Site with transport to central London?

Hi all,

I'm having a little trouble with TFL and their Low Emission Zone (I should be excempt as plated at 3,000kg, but proving it in time isn't going to be easy).

 

Is there a site anywhere with a train station within a mile's walk that runs until at least 11pm to get me into one of the London stations?

I want to go to the league cup final on the 2nd March.  I have booked Crystal Palace, and I'm still hoping to get the LEZ stuff sorted in time, but need a backup option please,
