Charging leisure battery?

If you've seen my other post we are new to caravanning and had delivery of our 1998 Bailey Ranger on Saturday. The leisure battery has been on charge since then! Surprised It
does seem to be charging but after 2 days is still not in the 'green' zone. Are we doing something wrong, surely it shouldn't take this long?
