Cleaning During Hose Pipe Ban

Yesterday we came southbound down the M6 and the road was dirty even by M6 standards. The spray covered the van in dirt.

This morning I washed the van and all now gleaming.

However I used the hose pipe, this will be banned from midnight tonight in the Thames Water Area.

Any ideas on how to clean a van without using a hose pipe?
