Membership renewal

We have a lot of our post go missing why in this day and age, why can't the caravan club send you an email to remind you your membership is up for renewal so they just dont take the money out of your bank because they keep everyones account details on file
which i think is very wrong .Just hope and pray they dont have they computers hacked like we did
