Aerial problem

Hi we have just bought a 2015 coachman vip 545 we have a ariel point in the bedroom at the back which we can get channels and another ariel point in the front where we cannot get any signal at all. Any ideas why this is please.

    Check its wired up properly as a first step. Usual culprit is the splitter box.
