Hobby Siesta 650

I have just bought a Hobby Siesta 650 low profile my question is, What should the road tax be on this, it's GVW is 3850kg I reckon it is a private heavy goods (£165) but the dealer has taxed it at £232.50 which I think is PLG and may be incorrect.
