Tap not working, loose connection somewhere?

Hi All,

My bathroom sink tap started playing up and has finally stopped working. Touching together the two cables running to the tap does not start the pump. Now there are three taps but only one cable to the pump on/off switch. Are they all jointed somewhere else?
Any suggestions welcome. All other taps work ok. It's a 2004 Stirling Europa 460.
