Just had a Sunday lunch at home that would work brilliantly in the caravan - Lidl Lamb Shank in Red wine and Rosemary Gravy £2.44 - accompanied by a low carb Celeriac Dauphinoise.  45 - 50 done - also with steamed Curly Kale.  And a glass of red wine I confess.
