Sterling Eccles ON Board Water Pump

I have  a Sterling Eccles Jewel 2011 model. On intial set up on site Follow all instructions and pump sparks into life. If I go back to it in 30 mins. It will not operate. I have to switch off the pump at the control panel and then turn it back on to get
it to work, This goes on and on. Each time I need water I have to switch off and on again. Any ideas would be appreciated
