We picked up our new Bailey Unicorn Cartagena last Friday 7 February, after ordering it at the NEC show in October. It initially was due for delivery in December and then delayed firstly to the first week of January and then the last week of January.

We we were told that it had been delivered from the Factory and arranged to have a Mover fitted.

We are away, on our first venture, as we speak and have looked at the paperwork. The Accommodation Certificate is dated 10 September 2013, Certificate of Conformity dated 20 August 2013. The warranty sates it started ion 10 September 2013.

This is very strange has we were told that it was only built late January 2014.  Spoke to the Dealership with our concerns and they are going to get back to us.

In the meantime we have contacted CRIS today and they have informed us that the Caravan was registered to the Dealership on 20 November 2013. So obviously the Dealership are not being truthful to us. We suspect that the Caravan has been used as a display
model and it is not what we have paid for.

We would welcome any of your views and possible action we can take. This is our first new Caravan  we had a older one for 12 months previously to see if we liked the lifestyle, so are fairly newbies.

Thanking you Pam and Kevin.
