Boy what a dreadful place - got there today at 12.40 ish intending lunch. Traffic warden was collecting caravans and preventing them stopping in the bus bays or anywhere else (the Lorry park looked full to bursting too) I was incensed when he asked if I was stopping for a Comfort Break or lunch - just doing his job I suppose but it seemed rather a personal question! (especially as I wasn't going to spend money in the complex!) I was told I could wait 10 minutes for a space! Actually at that point a caravan was leaving so I didn't have to wait in a queue and I stayed half an hour - but I won't be going back to that one again in a hurry - wish I had decided to wait for Ferrybridge services to come up as there is plenty of room at the bottom of the car park even if there aren't all that many caravan bays. I had stopped for a quick comfort break at Scotch Corner - another totally inadequate place for Caravans and Motor homes too. Do we have a list of good Motorway stopping places - apart from TBay which I have yet to visit? I shall be finding supermarkets or something near by if things don't improve.
