Freight Rovers?
I have mentioned this in General Chat but I know not everyone gets down there! Today I went to see one of these for Sale on the side of the road Freight Liner with pop up type roof - C reg so 1965 ish? Looks pretty neat considering the age - and I have been toying with the idea of a Camper to do the Scottish Islands etc. Looked like 60K miles on the clock and 1 years MOT. Nice leather seats too - and I see they came from the Land Rover Stable at one point - I am rather intrigued as it is very cheap - runs on LPG or Petrol too with a Fridge and presumably a hob under the work surface I could see. Maybe I am too old to take on an ancient vehicle that could break down on me but as I said I was intrigued! If anyone knows anything about them please let me know
