Hi Weber experts - I have been having some teething troubles with my Go Anywhere Weber - today it was just too hot - I suppose I should have closed down the side vents? Or leave it a bit longer before starting to cook - it all looked great with white coals
etc - but just too hot. I am having some neighbours round tomorrow and don't want to cremate everything! So far it hasn't been as easy as my previous BBQ bought a few years ago when the World Cup was on! Very cheap that one was too! Before today - I have
been struggling to get it lit at all but I think I have cracked that now.
